Shipping policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

At Emba, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery times are:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Emba may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

4. International Orders

We may ship to selected countries outside the UK.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country.

Depending on the destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact Emba Customer Care.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the package.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

For orders marked as delivered but which you have not received, please first check with household members, neighbours, building reception, or other safe delivery locations where applicable.

We may also ask you to contact the delivery carrier while we investigate the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and products and contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Split Shipments

In some circumstances, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we split an order into multiple shipments unless this was clearly stated or agreed at the time of purchase.

10. Delivery Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions.

If we are unable to deliver an order to your selected destination, we will contact you and, where appropriate, arrange a refund for the affected order.

11. Events Outside Our Control

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, customs delays, transport disruption, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays but cannot guarantee delivery dates in these circumstances.
